 Post subject: HPS Ozark night fatigue?

I've just noticed that units being moved at night on an Ozark campaign aren't gaining any fatigue. I've checked the optional rules and the "night movement fatigue" option is selected.
I've checked in other night turns of scenarios on Ozark and even set-up a test scenario of night turns just to check it out. It seems to be same on all Ozark games: Night fatigue isn't happening.
I'd be surprised if an error was corrupting files only on my copy of the game. The optional rule works correctly on my other HPS titles.

An error with the game itself? or have I missed some simple explanation?

If ADF is chosen then I believe Night fatigue does not work. this is present in most of the games if not all. It is definitely a bug. I'm sure it has been reported to Tiller. I know the problem is present in Antietam as Hulinsky and I both experienced it.

It's a known issue- if you are playing with phased play ( for example the alternate melee phase), then night fatigue does not accrue.

That is across the board in all of the games and is slated (I think) to be fixed in the next round of patches.
