The VMI and the AotM sites are down since last night. Has anyone else been able to get into them? Hopefully just a bit on web work going on and they will be back soon.

Hi Blake!

Earlier - I attempted to access the AoA site and one or 2 others. ALL were down, with the common link being - that they are all hosted on ACWGC.org.

I would presume that this server is having problems, which will be fixed relatively swiftly OR - that the Site is 'down' for maintenance.

Keep taking the 'Calm, Calm, Caaaaaaalm' pills for now Soldier!!! [:o)]

Hi Blake!

I would recommend the green pills . . I find the red ones cause GAS!

Of course . . . a snifter or 6 of some good Napoleon Brandy works just as effectively . . . we'd haffta organise a Raid on a Yankee Saloon tho' . . . .

I believe Gen'l Mallory has snaffled the local supply . . in it's entirety!!!

The stress of being a President . . I'd imagine! [;)]

Apparently Easy CGI did some maintenance work and screwed a few things up at acwgc.org in the process. A ticket was put in with them and the problems appear to have been fixed, I just finished checking the AoA, AoG sites, the CSA War College and VMI and several other sites.

If anyone is still having a problem let me know and I'll look into it as I did find a couple of file name changes at the AoA site that kept it from loading and fixed them and it appears to be ok now.

Maybe its me but VMI and AoG are still not coming up. The others work now though. Also the AotS website seems to be having issues. I clicked on all these using the Link Express.

The problem with the AoG site is in the Links site link, try

http://www.acwgc.org/AoG/

I will send Ned a note about it.

The VMI site is ok now, I found another file who's name had an extra space in it.

If anything else comes up just post it here and I will check it tomorrow.

Surprisingly, the URLs that were in the Link Express were the correct ones and Ken has made the adjustments so that everything now works except for CSA HQ (no pun intended). Real life interfered before that link was fixed so give that one a bit of time.

OK I think I found the problem with the CSA_CoA site, at least I got it to start loading on my pc although I refused to let it run some active x components and it was missing some stuff. The index file was named index.htm and when you clicked on the link it took you to the folder but wouldn't load the site. I changed the name to index.html and it seems ok.

Hank,
I doubt if anyone will take offence with me because of your opinion although there are probably a few who take offence regardless of your opinion.[:)]
