There is a character LIMIT for signatures. I think it is 255, maybe, but the program WILL tell you if you are over that. |

It looks like the Forum display has the "Last post" and "Thread author" reversed. For example the thread on the Railroad Cut shows me as the author rather than the last person to reply. |
