1. I get constantly "subscribed" to threads simply by posting in them. 2. The board forces me to login again every time I visit it, even though I ask it to "remember" me. (Checkbox under the login details.) 3. The auto-fill-in for user name and password remembers my password, but not my user name, so I have to enter my user name manually every time before I can login. (I have never seen that with any board anywhere.) 4. I used to see the moderators for individual forums. I don't see them now. |

#1 happens but none of the others although I just noticed a box below this reply that needs to be checked for a subscription. It seems it is checked by default.-Drex |

I experience the first isuue, but I do not use the auto-remember functions. I can find no reference to the administrators. I do not know who they are. Also, there is no longer a user control ("A" w/up and down arrows) for font size available as a standard feature. |

Go to User Control Panel, link in upper right of board, there you can change a number of default actions including which boxes are checked in the thread options. I have got my setup so it keeps me logged in but I don't remember how I did it. |

As Kennon said, go to user control panel, then BOARD preferences; edit posting defaults and then check or uncheck your preferences. |

You're right. I unchecked it. Strange. Who'd want to receive an email every time somebody posts in a thread? There are enough emails and posts. |

Also every time I log into M/D the posts start out from the year 2004 so I have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on page number 79 to get to most current posts. |
