Does the poll allow you (admin) to see who has voted and what they voted for? Or are the votes private?

Not that I have found, yet. I suspect that it is all anonymous.

The only other provisions are for a person to change their vote, which, to me, is not a good option.

I will continue to look into it.

It is good for these types of raw polls.
