| Post subject: | A Personal Apology |
I recently utilized a graphic from the internet depicting a painting of the historical leaders of the CSA in a satirical post, not realizing until after I had done so that the same graphic appears very prominently in the beautiful and elegant main website of the ACWGC CSA. That website I regard as the most attractive of all the club's websites for its excellent color tones and composition. It is an incredibly evocative and arresting piece of internet art. General Nick Kunz is the webmaster of that site, and I wish to tell him publically that had I made the connection with the graphics, I would never have introduced it into my post in the fashion I did. As a life-long student of the American Civil War, I've nothing but great admiration and respect for those officers and men who lived and died in the event. For those of this club who wear the gray in their memory and for General Kunz I express my sincere apologies for having suggested any disrespect to them or him.
