 Post subject: I have a pixel problem

Gents, I had to reinstall some games when my computer crashed..In Gettysburg only the pixel jumps to 800x600...I use 1152x864....When I try to change the resolution of the game with/in properties...I get only the toolbar and not the screen...any sugestion before I throw this computer out the window...all the other games play fine....
