It appears that the membership does not always think that a vote is necessary. Currently the membership vote is part of the process for all club changes.

The question is should the Cabinet only request a membership vote on issues that the Cabinet deems important enough?

Please note that this is a personal poll as an ACWGC member not for or by the Cabinet

This is just a poll.

General Pierre D.

In my opinion, the membership should have the vote on matters AFTER the CABINET has debated, voted on and have deemed of sufficient merit to have the general membership vote on the matter.

I think the Cabinet is a clearinghouse for ideas, new methods, better this and better that.

The process can begin within the cabinet OR it may begin with ANY MEMBER presenting their idea(s) for cabinet discussion.

I think it is a healthy and beneficial process for the well being of the club and members.
