But, there are members that do play these BG games and the game are still a viable alternative. There are some, like me, that have both the game series, so we should be able to do both. Hopefully, there are still BG players among the REBELS.

HEY! I see you live in Stoughton! I live in Lynn. OK, there are two choices for the TALONSOFT games. One: upgrade to the 32 bit Tiller version. TWO: BUY the NEW MATRIX ( www.matrixgames.com/) version of ALL the ACW games, which includes ALL upgrades to the games, including the 32 BIT TILLER upgrades. I think it runs about $117. for the whole package of games. ( Just checked the MATRIX site. I did not think that the series was that much!!!) Anyway, I have to run right now, so will give you the info on the upgrades, later. |

The patches are available here: http://www.acwgc.org/acwco/patches.asp I think anyone that plays them uses the 32-bit versions. I run the 32-bit patched originals in an XP virtual machine (Oracle Virtualbox) in Windows 7. Virtualbox is free: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads |
