Officers and men of the Armies of the Confederacy <salute>


Parade shall fall in by order of Armies, Corps, Divisions, Brigades and Regiments.


The parade shall dress by the Right – RIGHT DRESS!!, ---------------------------- PARADE STEADY

PARADE SHUN!! OFFICERS TO THE FRONT SALUTE, GUARD OF HONOUR GENERAL SALUTE PRESENT ARMS


(General Tisdale will now inspect the Guard of Honour with the Guard Commander – he then is escorted back to the guest of honour dais)

GUARD OF HONOUR SHOULDER ARMS – PARADE AT EASE!!

Officers and Men of the Confederacy we are here on this fine autumn day to say farewell to our Chief. He has lead our army though the good and bad, always ensuing that the union is kept from our fair land. He has been at our helm for nearly three years contributing a lot of time to our cause and to our club which must be recognized.

General Tisdale please step up to the parade stand

General Tisdale <salute>, by order of the Secatary of War for the Confederacy I hereby award you the following medals:

For Awarded to officers displaying outstanding long-term service to the CSA your third Samuel Cooper Medal of Service

For Meritorious and Conspicuous duty in service to the CSA the James Longstreet Medal of Recognition
Image
For service on the Command Staff of the CSA your second Richard S. Ewell Medal of Service
Image
For outstanding achievements as the Chief of the Army the Patrick Cleburne Medal of Service
Image
For serving as our Chief of the Armies your third Robert E. Lee Medal of Service
Image
For Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty for the CSA the Jefferson Davis Medal of Recognition

And finally for staying at your post whilst being wounded the CSA Medical Badge of Honor

General it has been an honour and a privilege to serve under your command. We wish you well in your future command – The Pee Dee Brigade (1st Brigade), 1st Division, I Corps, The Army of Northern Virginia. To ensure your comfort and continuing good health we now present:
1 Barrel of fine whiskey
A brace of Le Mat Revolvers – for pesky blue varmints
A new HQ Tent
A Scottish broad sword - for pesky blue varmints who get too close.

PARADE SHUN!! PARADE WILL ADVANCE IN REVIEW ORDER – QUICK MARCH!! GENERAL SALUTE PRESENT ARMS!!

General Tisdale is escorted off the parade by a senior officer guard (TC’s and AC’s)

PARADE AT EASE!! RIGHT TURN QUICK MARCH FALLOUT

Impressive! And rightly so for a fine officer and competitor!

Congratulations on all of these glittering awards, Willie, and for your service to the club. Would that we could find an exalted place for you with us north of the Mason Dixon Line, but you'd have to shed that grey uniform first!

(Is there any way in which you might help me retrieve all of the liquor that's been stolen for these parades?)
