Ned, As battles are taken, then I remove them from the list. That blond will get you into a whole lot of trouble and then some - good luck

I would be willing to join any open battle you would wish me to take as a Southerner. Just advise as to what battle and who my opponent would be and I will be in.

Sorry, but I should have added that I only have the HPS series of the Civil War games. Sorry for the confusion.

064 SM_South Mountain (Historical) /40 ends in a Union Minor Victory

It was very nearly a Union Major Victory
but the Confederates were able to hold on just enough.

Tough battle against a formidable opponent.

My very best compliments to
Brig. Gen. David Martin
Second Infantry Division
V Corps
Army of the Potomac

Gentlemen of the ACWGC <salute>

My hats off to Maj. Gen. Tom Phillips of the 2nd Division/The Brus/I Corps/Army of the Mississippi.

The Union not only needed a nearly flawless performance, but the luck of the "D"evil as multiple Union "D" units performed surprisingly as "A"s in order to resist a well executed and sustained CSA assault.

The Union victory was anything but handily and more of a very near thing.

My hats off to Maj. Gen. Phillips for being an excellent commander, (strategy and tactics), and opponent, (timeliness, communication, and just good back and forth).

I heartily recommend any one looking for a challenge and given the opportunity to accept a challenge from an honorable foe and look forward for such another chance myself.

Respectfully
