I think I read somewhere that this was possible. Can anyone please help with how it is done?

Never heard of it, Neil, but it would be nice if there is a way. Wife is always calling me for dinner, or for assistance with something, when I'm in the midst of a replay.

My wife doesn't believe me when I tell her she'll have to wait a couple/few because I can't pause a replay. She thinks I'm just hiding behind a computer thing she can't understand . . . So even when we finally get pauses in replays, I think I'll somehow forget to tell the little lady . . .

Hi,

I don't know how to pause the replay, but if you deselect "on map results" under the scenario settings, the replay will pause after each fire result, and you can examine the strength and modifiers of each fire attack before advancing to the next one.

General Mike--
I deselected "on Map results" under "settings" as you indicated, but the replay was no different. Am I missing something?

After more checking it out: With on map results deselected, the replay is no different, but as you play your turn you will see your odds and modifiers, etc. So, no joy. Yet

Both participants must have "On Map Results" de-selected. I play with that as a 'house rule' of sorts, and get pauses for the Fire Dialogue Box regularly.

Ah--that makes sense. I do think it would make playing rather tedious to have to "OK" every result in order to move on. Presume that players could turn it on or off, at whim, in order to move along.

That is so, I believe.

Sorry, no "at whims." Can't be changed during a replay.
