 On behalf of the ACWGC, it gives me great pleasure to award the Cabinet Service Ribbon to  General Cameron McOmish For His Service as Confederate States of America Chief of the Armies From Nov. 9th 2011 to Oct. 31st 2013 Libations to be served on the veranda immediately following the presentation.
