I downloaded the Gettysburg mod and extracted to my Gettysburg game folder. But nothing changed. Which folder does it need to be extracted to within the Gettysburg folder?

The information on where to put the files should be in the readme file.

It says to extract to the location where the HPS games are installed. I did extract it to my Gettysburg game folder. Does this mean I need to extract it to the HPS folder that has all my HPS game?

How to place these files in the game.
The Unit, Leader and Unknown bmp's needs to be put in the info folder it will replace the original file so it is a good idea to backup or make copies of the original files.
The OOB's files go in the main page where the scenario's map's and oob's are, again these files will replace the original file so it is a good idea to backup or make copies of the original files.
This should help you.
All the best,
