Looks like only some smaller Cold Harbor scenarios are used.
What is still listed as open on the first page are:
The Battle of Cold Harbour – Cavalry, JTS Overland, 408-640531_Cav Cold Harbor_A1 First Clash at Cold Harbor, May 31st, 1864 15 Turns (OPEN)

The Battle of Cold Harbour – Cavalry, JTS Overland, 409-640601_Cav Cold Harbor_A1 Take the Crossroads, Cold Harbor, June 1st, 1864 16 Turns (OPEN)

I guess that is what you could or should choose from, unless General McOmish wants to add that scenario to the tournament.
Good luck!

Gents I can't remember why I did not include the 70 turn version - I set the tournament up in June 2012, so the reasons are lost to the mists of time
