Gents I am trouble sending emails to your comcast accounts. These are the join forms. One who has tried 3 time since the 21st. Do you have alternate accounts that can be used?

If you are referring to Mr. Brad Lorton, we are aware that he has submitted three times. The e-mail address that he submitted was in error, but we have lately been successful in contacting him.

I don't have and alternate email...other than Comcast.

Tried to email you several times this evening and not going through....maybe an issue between Comcast and videotron??

Usually a failed delivery should lead to a mail with the error message being send to the sender, it should give some clue where the problem is.

Personally I also had problems with comcast in the past, seemed a bit drastic in some measures like blocking a whole mail server of a big mail provider for whatever reasons.
