I you leave an exit hex why wouldn't you get points...I traveled all the way across the board in an overland game get to the exit hex that has a question mark where the points would appear, exit some troops and nothing. I am playing the Reb side and the hex has a the American flag on it. Anybody know why this is......Thank you

I think only the US player can get points for exiting and American flag exit hex. To get points for exiting, a Reb player would need an exit hex with a Confederate flag.

it took a lot of die rolls and the movement of the square icons into a hex....had to watch for sudden gusts of wind......and i even added with my fingers when we fired or melee....way too damn poor to have paper and pencils.......

The MG is correct - Exit hexes only score points for the side whose flag they show. So if the exit hex has a US flag on it, only the Yank can get points for moving forces off the board via the hex. However, I must commend you for moving a unit all the way across the board and having enough men left that you had some to exit off a Yankee hex... :) Are the troops now disbanded and infiltrating the local population? :)

Regards,

Lt. Col. David McWaters
