Could someone have a look at the DoR. I just noticed we have 2 officers in the AotP, Capt. Mark Davis & Capt. Seth Trickey, both have over 80 OBD but they are not flagged as Eligible for Promotion.

Brig. General is 300 points, but that is weird about the two Captains not being listed as eligible.... |

The DOR sometimes drops the ball on promotion notices. I have not been able to find the glitch, so everyone needs to check their stats (OBD POINTS)) or the command should check, periodically. The problem with glitches is you fix ONE and 3 more crop up. (If you can find it to begin with.  )

That's pretty much what I and some of my staff do for the CSA. Since only the ANV is listed in the DoR, it's the only one we can use this function on.
