Very nice touch. I was inspired just now when I visited. I hope we keep it. Maybe even rotate new paintings every few months.

Thanks,

Hey Kevin,

Sorry it took me a while to reply, but glad you liked them. I wanted to do something slightly different this year and the idea just kind of came together.

All three Clubs homepages had it applied to them:

Ours - http://www.wargame.ch/wc/acw/

Napoleonic Wargaming Club (NWC) - http://www.wargame.ch/wc/nwc/Napann1.htm

Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC) - http://www.wargame.ch/1776/index.html

But I'll certainly see if I can remember to rotate them from time to time. 8)

For those interested I put up our holiday window dressings on the Club homepage:

Though I went with Mort Künstler this time.

General Ludwig <Salute>

Sir,

The Holidays really get the boys sentimental for home. The art work goes a long way to keep the morale up. Thank you sir!

Tim

Thanks Tim! I have long loved the artwork and one of the nice things has been the ability to find more of it online as time passes. I've been collecting them labeling the files and uploaded them onto the server for use. But I do love the snow themes, especially Künstlers. My favorite snow ones has always been "Confederate Winter" with Richard Taylor in it.

I will be sure to keep the images coming... 8)
