32. Want to rally a routed unit? If possible, place the routed unit within the command range of its chain of command. Most particularly, place a corps or army commander in the same hex or in a neighboring hex to that unit (notice that I said ‘a’ which means that any corps or army commander can greatly impact whether or not any unit will rally). If you have 12 routed units and you can safely bunch them up together so that a corps or army commander can be sitting next to all 12 of them, then do it. |
