Salute to General Osborne for his outstanding command tenure, and congratulations to Colonel (P) Boling for his selection to command the mighty Army of the Potomac! (We're confident Gen. Dortch's reference to Grant has nothing to due with Col. Boling's well-documented affinity for drinking the hard stuff
