In case you missed the email check out https://www.acwgc.net/wild-west-1862 for more information. The sign-up period has already begun. The challenge officially begins on July 10 after the Independence Day celebrations have concluded. I expect at least some of you to have sobered up by then. |

Good job Blake with running these tournaments. Although we from ANV do not know much about western way of fighting I just signed up for two battles from Chickamauga and one from Shiloh. |

Western fighting is a lot like Eastern fighting except there is more drinking involved.

We are up to 49 participants in the Wild West Challenge. Remember, if you own Shiloh or Chickamauga you can join in for anywhere from 1 - 5 games. If you don't own either then remember that John Tiller Software's SUMMER SALE just started!!! https://johntillersoftware.com/ Pick up one of the games and jump right into them by joining the Challenge! No better way to spend your summer

With a week left to join the 1862 Wild West Challenge we are up to 89 participants! This is one more than joined the Last Man Standing Tourney. Pretty impressive considering the 1862 Wild West is utilizing just two titles. For more info check out https://www.acwgc.net/wild-west-1862. |

The Wild West Challenge kicked off on July 4th. 87 battles are currently underway as the two sides of the Club determine who will have bragging rights in the West! The first result is already in and a Confederate Victory is in the books. 86 more battles to go though so keep the Champaign on ice. Challenge ends on December 10. |

After a few months we have had 29 of 91 games reach completion (32%). At this point it is an absolute dogfight with the Confederates having the lead in two scenarios and the Yankees in two scenarios. The fifth scenario is currently tied. The Confederate invincibility claims are starting to look a bit shaky at the moment! Too many late nights and poker games I believe. |
