Officers of the ACWGC: On November 3, 2021 MG Josef Seidl submitted his resignation of his CSA Cabinet Secretary seat due to real life priorities which be believes will prevent him from fulfilling his duties as a Cabinet Secretary. On November 4, 2021 CSA CoA General DW Mallory proposed to me that MG Blake Strickler serve as an interim CSA Cabinet Secretary to fill the vacancy caused by General Seidl's resignation until a special election can be arranged. Club Rule 3.3.5.1 states: “If a vacancy occurs in a Cabinet Secretary seat—either through voluntary resignation or through removal by vote of the Cabinet—the Club President will appoint an interim replacement for the removed member to serve as Interim until a special election can be held. If fewer than three months remain in the unfulfilled term, the interim replacement can retain the seat until the next regular election.” By this notice I hereby adopt General Mallory’s recommendation and appoint MG Stricker to serve as an Interim CSA Cabinet Secretary until such time as a special election can be held to fill that position. I will be posting an announcement of that election shortly. Please join me in wishing General Seidl every success in dealing with the issues he presently faces and in welcoming General Strickler to the ACWGC Cabinet. |
