Gentelmen,

I just got Chickamauga British style by Xplosiv (Empire Interactive) The triple pack. Only $2.40 on ebay. Before I begin trying to load it, any one know what problems to expect? I have an XP system. Will check the ACWGC Down loads, I recall patches for the british version being there.

Could someone place an idiots guide to updating Chichamauga for Win Xp here. I downloaded the patch to make it run, but still get the same error message about not running on Win NT.

BGC is sometimes a quirky program. BGC is a 32 bit program, already, so didn't need any of the Tiller-type 32 bit upgrades.

Install the game using the TYPICAL option. Download the upgrade from:
http://www.hc-llc.net/games/patches.html

Place the upgrades in the MAIN BGC folder and UNZIP the BGC GW Upgrade first. Follow the instructions from the upgrades. Remember, if they are installed in a drive other "C", change the drive as appropriate. Then use the link above the patches to download the BGC fix to allow BGC to work on Win2000 and XP computers. The Win2000/XP patch is a ZIP file, so just unzip in your main BGC folder.
