General advice ... --Make sure it's the right patch (UK vs. US version; latest patches from TS don't work with the 32 bit update; Rich Hamilton's website www.hist-sdc.com has all the right ones); --the patch has to be *in* the main game folder to install properly; --patch first, then 32 bit update.
