Post subject:  Army of the James - Is This An Army?

Gentlemen of the Army of the James,

I am having great difficulty fielding a complete Army
for Round Two of the Clubs are Trump Tourney with
II Corps, ANV. If I can not fill the three gaping
holes that have appeared in our lines by this Friday,
then this Army will have the dishonor of fighting
Round Two with an incomplete force, thereby ceding
team points to the enemy. If you are one of the
officers depicted in the Round Two Bracket shown on
the Mason Dixon Tavern, and you have not heard from
me, then maybe your e-mail address posted on our
Army's website is in error. If so, then please
contact me now.

For all other AOJ officers who committed to fighting
in this tournament and honorably completed round one,
I need you to step up in our hour of need as I have
been trying to contact you as well. Again, maybe your
posted e-mail address is not up to date. If you have
not heard from me, please contact me now.

If you do not, your name will be added to the growing
list of deserters and shirkers who have let this Army
down through the course of Round One in this
tournament.

Which leads me to another subject: I'm beggining to
believe that the Army of the James is an Army in name
only, with only a dedicated Corps of Officers with
the fortitude to see things through.

If you believe that I am in error, then post here or at
our forum (if you remember where that is) and prove me
wrong! [:(!]

Sir,

I would gladly step forward to fill the void left by one of our fallen officers. I came on board after the tournment was started and did not think I was elegible to joint at this late date. What is involved? What platform are you using? Any speical down loads needed? What time commitment? To the honor of the AOJ!!!!!!!

Col Mishruda,

Thanks for the offer sir but, as you surmised, I can only utilize those officers who participated in round one.

Col Eagle

We have filled all of the holes in our lines. The honor of the
Army remains intact. Well done Gentlemen! [:D]
