It gives me great pleasure to introduce Brigadier General Jeff Bangma as the new commander for the "Fighting First" Corps of the Army of the Potomac.

So the bar is open, let's share a toast for a fine officer and wish him luck as he continues his great service to our Club!

Huzzah!

The Army of the Shenandoah is happy to help out its poorer brethren. [:D]

Ah well. I am sure Jeff will remember his old comrades-in-arms when Christmas draws close. Especially when you are all freezing and starving in your cosy huts at Falmouth on the Rappahannock. [:p]

Anyway, let me buy you two Jeffs a drink and celebrate the happy cooperation of the Federal armies. [^]

To the Union--it must and shall be preserved!

Good god, quick, Mike, check out the AoS roster, see if there is another Jeff. [:0][:p]

Seeing how we have just received one more, though, the AoS could also well be the Army of the Mikes. [:I]

Holy crap, I didn't realize so many of you thought so highly of me! I love you guys man! [8D]

By the way, will any of you Americans give me more than 72 cents for my Canuck bucks? There ARE more important things to consider than which frigging outfit has more Jeff's, or Mike's, or Billy Joe Bob's...although it's not hard to figure out which army your neighborhood Billy Joe Bob belongs to.....

It's a conspiracy, making sure each commander is named Jeff so they don't have to buy new towels...
