Bill P. As a newcomer to Idaho have you ever heard of the Inland Empire? There are groups who would form a new state out of Eastern Washington, Western Montana and Northern Idaho with the capital in Spokane Washington.The reason being more that these areas are more politically cohesive than the rest or their states. I was wondering if there weren`t other parts of states that would Secede from their states and thus forming new states and if THIS was legal? I know Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Pennsylvania are not very cohabitable although I have never heard of any groups advocating secession, Field Lt. Tony Best |
