An officer walks into the Tavern. He is dressed in his new Uniform and sports 3 stars on his shoulders.

Behind him walks 4 burly lieutenants. they are carrying cases of Kentucky sipping whiskey. They put them on the bar and the General says in a loud clear voice...

"Allow me to get you all drunk at my expense, to celebrate my promotion. Drinks on me"

Allow me to add my congrats to all our new union generals and those who have added additional stars. Special congrats to Gen Sands and Lt.Gen Bangma.[:D]

Now if Gen Carroll brought some of that good southern whiskey with him I'd be happy to help him dispose of it. It seems with all the recent celebrations I have severely depleted my stock of captured whiskey.[;)]
