ACW is my favorite era so I'm involved heavily in the ACWGC currently commanding the AoS, doing some graphics work for the HPS games, running a moderated MP game and I normally have 3-4 games going.

I bought Normandy from the PzC series because it had the same artwork as the old SPI Atlantic Wall game which I spent a few weekends playing when I was heavily into monster games. Not anywhere near the same system but I liked it and joined the PzC Club as a Yank (what else [:D]) when it was formed and have bought a few other titles of that series as well as one of the Squad Battle games and normally have one game going over there for a change of pace.

I own a couple of the Nappy games and Guadalcanal from the naval series but just don't have the time to get involved in another club unless I cut back here in the ACWGC.

The good guys? Let's see:
French and Indian War: War fought for land and control of North America.
American Revolution: Fought to keep your very own colonists oppressed and a steady tax base.
War Between the States:Fought to free an enslaved race(at least after January 1st,1863).
Well, I guess 1 out of 3 ain't bad

I am loath to close. We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory, stretching from every battlefield and patriot grave to every living heart and hearthstone all over this broad land, will yet swell the chorus of the Union, when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature.

Panzer Campaigns and Colonial Campaigns. For some real diversity, I chose the American side in both...[:D]

This is home, though!

Favorite era is the Civil War so I am the most active there. Usually 4-5 games going on at one time in the ACWGC. A game each going in the other clubs.

Captain Brewster,

CCC - American Colonial Army, Southern Regional Department
ACWGC - Confederate States of America

I guess I'm just a rebel at heart.

I also own BG3 ("Waterloo"), BG1 ("Battle of the Bulge"), and "Age of Sail", so those may qualify me for admission in a couple of other clubs, but for now I'm restraining myself.

I would love to see an American Civil War version of "Age of Sail". All the naval games I've seen are either for 1812 or earlier or WWI or later.

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory

ACW - General, Chief of the Armies, Confederate States of America & Cabinet Member
CCC - Ensign, Georgia Volunteers, Southern Regional Deaprtment, Colonial American Army
