I don't know why I don't know this, other than that I simply don't know. [xx(] My understanding is you can't save a Campaign turn in mid-stream (thus they sometimes sit open on my computer for a couple of days when things get busy). Does that mean a traditional MP game cannot be played in single phase format... whether it's a campaign or even just a stand alone scenario? I can imagine that, due to the file exchange logistics already inherent in MP games, a Campaign might just take way too long.

We (the old 2/VIII AoS) are in our second MP campaign right now.

You can save a campaign game by closing the game.

Yes they are possible. At the INWC we are playing a four vs four full Wagram Campaign. (Napoleonics)

I am loath to close. We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory, stretching from every battlefield and patriot grave to every living heart and hearthstone all over this broad land, will yet swell the chorus of the Union, when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature.

Gen. McBride,

Now that you have your answer, if you're looking for Reb recruits please consider me.

I realize some of the 'campaigns' aren't exactly linear though -- Shiloh starts out in Missouri, then jumps over to eastern Tennessee, with entirely different commanders on both sides. That might complicate things.

Did you have something particular in mind?

That depends on which campaign file you pick to play. There are 6 to choose from.

If that happens how do casualties carry over?
