I've mucked around with Crown of Glory,and up to this point, haven't been immensely impressed with it. One thing that I am curious about, is that CoG was designed to reflect Europe in the Napoleonic era, and so you have multiple nation states, while here, you just have the two. It would cause you to lose a fair bit of the "meat" of the game, and the tactical system is not that good (a long step back from the HPS games... kind of a middlin point between the system in Imperialism 2 and JT's games) Major General Gary McClellan 1st Division, XXIII Corps AoO,USA |
