I would like to commend Capt McOmish on a well fought battle at Fort Henry. More importantly thanks for the quick turn around in returning your turns. We played a turn a day. That type of play makes tournaments successful. Cheers. Lt.General Dale Lastowicka VIII Corps Army of the Shenandoah |

Battle Report on BIG BETHEL: Col. Lajoie, Sir: I would like to report to you that Gen. Miller and I came to a DRAW in this Battle of 27 turns. I was just not able to get enough points at the end to count for a Minor Victory. The final count was 131 and I needed 125 to get the Minor Victory. Gen. Miller played a hard fought battle...my hat is off to him. Col. Lajoie, I am willing to take on the next Yank in the Battle of Fort Donelson # 4 with 33 turns. That is if there is a Yank willing to get beat. Willie Tisdale "The Gray Fox" Lt. General Commandant - VMI - CSA |

Col Lajoie, You know it is getting harder and harder to find Good Yanks to beat up on. I wondering what is up with this... Just look at all the open slots that you have in the tournament - and they are all YANKEE slots that needs to be filled. Come on brave Yanks...step up and take us Johnny Reb's on.
