Gentlemen:

Having rejoined the Rebel Army of Northern Virginia after being on inactive status for over 18 months, I'd like to take on EITHER a Yank or fellow Rebel in a smaller scenario of either Campaign Gettysburg (which I've played many times!) or the newer Campaign Antietam (which I'd buy quickly if I find an opponent) - Antietam would be my preference, frankly, if you can tolerate a delay of the few days it takes me to get it.

I look forward to hearing from someone.

My best regards to all here!

Sir,

eventhouigh being a felow Southern officer, it would do me great pleasure to exchange some volleys around Antietam, if you still have a spot open in your dance card. The Yanks seem totally to have disappeared from this board, so while waiting for the victory parade of the CSA forces in Washington, we might as well have some maneuvers! I'd prefer all options on and a smaller scenario, as I am very recently graduated from the VMI.

Sir,

in case you´d like to take on a 3rd opponent, what about HPS Antietam - Battle at Cedar Mountain or the fullscale Battle of Antietam ?

To you most esteemed gentlement: Reynaldo, Lars and Klaus! I regret to inform you that I cannot immediately accept any of your kind offers to do battle. But I can and will contact you after my battle commitment below.

On the 20th of September, I was contacted directly by email by a Union Brigadier General of the Army of Ohio - Pete Russo. I accepted his challenge, and I immediately ordered Campaign Antietam, which I had not had. Due to my other commitments (religious, social and political), I only can manage one game at a time, and so I cannot engage in a battle against any of you until after that engagement has been completed.

Thank you for responding to my request, and I will contact you after my battle with General Russo has been completed.
