To all:

Lt. McPhail has returned from a long and serious personal illness (of sorts). He is battered, slightly less handsome, but still hanging in there.

He seeks a couple of Rebels for action on Bull Run or Chickamauga. Prefers short scenarios, less than 20 turns, to start.
