American Civil War Game Club (ACWGC)

Seeking a Confederate officer looking for a big challenge. Play will be in phases style. Contrary to nefarious publicity, that does NOT increase the number of emails required per turn.

From the Peninsula disk, I wish to play scenario 08b Historical 7 days, 407 turns on the giant map.

Phases play non-negotiatable, nor is my eyes' need to turn off "On Map Results," but I'm willing to dicker over the rest.

Since this is a major undertaking, please do not respond if you're not capable of returning at least four turns per week, and communicating IN ADVANCE if schedule problems arise. I have no desire to sit around wondering why I haven't received a turn in over a week.

It looks like they turned TAIL and scampered out of harms way.

Looks like they are simply afraid that they CANNOT WIN, so running away is their answer.

Perhaps, like so many generals during the war, they're less interested in winning than they are in not losing.

On the other hand, many players resist playing "phases" style----until they see how much better the defensive firing plays out.
