"The Gray avenger" team of the great Army of Mississippi (Joseph Medeiros, Harry Haines, Klaus Kuhlmann and I) seeking a four-player yankee team.

Title: Ozark, Chancellorsville, Shiloh or Chickamauga, Antietam
Scenario: The scenario should be somewhat balanced and should have not more than 35 turns.
Optional rules: All checked but MDF.

Respectfully,

IMO, an 8 man MP game is sort of cumbersome and even at 35 turns, is a considerable effort. I think that there is a tendency that some players will not make it through the process.

I would be very interested in taking part Sascha if Ernie and others can come on board, although as Ernie says it may be a bit unwieldy with so many emails etc. I have Chancellorsville, Chickamauga and Antietam.

I know what you mean.

However, our ongoing "Gator advance" MP game have the same number of players - and running quite well.

All mentioned players of our AotM team are very reliable and i am sure that these guys are no dropper or something like this.

We seeking for a group of yankees with same attributes.

Might have better results if you started a 2 on 2 with the yanks you have, and then take on the 2 yanks that have a current posting looking for 2 rebs.

Thank you MG Sheffield and GEN Sands for accepting The Gray Avengers team game offer. We hope that two other yankees with courage enough to accept the challege of playing a team game against our bold group from the Army of the Mississippi will step up promptly.

For general information, The Gray Avengers is a group of friends who have played against each other in many cubs and in many game genres over the years, so we are confident that all 4 are reliable players who will not ever dawdle or drop out. As for ACW skills, we range from expert to near novice, so all levels of play experience are welcome to join in.

We are very confident that this 4X4 team experience will work and be very enjoyable. Would it help to choose and announce both game and scenario, or even to agree to a start time after the Christmas holidays?

We await two more bold yankee officers brave enough to accept this challenge from The Gray Avengers!

Colonel Marx sir: {salute}

I'm near novice but if you need a Yankee and will have me, I'll be a part of any MP game.

Regards,

Col. Martin

Col Martin, MG Sheffield and Gen Sands! <salute>
Sirs!

You now have three aboard. The Gray avengers are glad to see the yankee team is swelling. Now you yankees need still another player and we can prepare the 4v4 MP game.

Respectfully,
