I still maintain its the best Civil War movie ever made. No matter how many times you see it you find something to love. If only there was a "Confederate" movie that did justice to the fighting qualities, inspirations, and feelings of the southern fighting man in the ranks. Yeah... that won't happen. But this is a great film. |
