Hey Guys,

This is a very recent problem. I've been playing the BG system for awhile now with no problems. Tonight I went to start it up and got to that intro screen where you pick which scenario you want to play. I ended up clicking fruitlessly at the different scenarios and nothing would happen. The games refuse to start.

Any ideas on what's going on or if there is a way to start a pbem game from inside the C drive? I can start a scenario but not a pbem.

If I have to download it again, is there a record of purchases at Matrix games?

Your Wise thoughts would be appreciated

Dave

Commander Lifford Suh!

We have had issues with BG games ourselves and we have found the Matrix Helpdesk service to be reasonably prompt (usually tickets are responded to the next day):

http://www.matrixgames.com/support/

You will need to sign-in as a Member to access the Helpdesk. There is a sign-in option on the Helpdesk page above. If you are not already a Member - just register on the spot.

The Helpdesk will enable you to download your game again if required. I had to do this once. But on other occasions they resolved my issues without having to do that.

<salute!>

I've tried to get help from the Matrix Games support people with several games including the BG games and have never received any response whatsoever.

I'm a registered member of the Matrix Games site and still haven't got any help.

I gave up trying a long time ago.
