Good day gentlemen
I was working through the huge scenario list of Campaign Shiloh and checked what scenarios I wanted to play.
Now the series of Mill Springs scenarios makes me scratch my head because I had expected to find the series of scenarios with "Weather_" in front of the filename to use a PDT that uses the weather feature but the "winter 1861-2_Weather.pdt" that is used doesn't have any weather for the January 1862 where Mill Springs takes place and here I wonder if this is maybe an error, especially as the Weather is always mentioned as being very wet.
Anyone any clue?

The Mills Springs weather scenarios have reduced visibility, movement, and combat throughout the turns. This is WAD, I believe.

What is happening is the scenario uses the last weather entry prior to the current date from the pdt file, from November 7, 1861:
1 1861 11 7 15 20 52 20 110 95 -10 0 Clearing

note that visibility is 20 hexes, movement costs are increased by 10%, infantry attack reduced by 5% and cannon fire reduced by 10%. Standard HPS effects for a stormy battlefield.

With the Banshee weather mods, you will get this information in the bottom information line, whenever a modification applies:

(note, our weather mod for Peninsula is coming soon, just finishing up the read me file at my leisure...)

Oh didn't know that the last entry is used, I thought when there is nothing for that specific date in the pdt then nothing is used.

May I ask how you do it that the info comes up on the bottom line?

Sure, you just add the information at the end of the weather string in the pdt file and it will display it.
