Count me in if you guys still need a 5th for the deal. If any other group needs another person let me know as I have yet to get Gettysburg ( I know us floridians are slow to the strat line:-) )

Ok. Looks like we've got ignition.

I have the following so far:

Myself for the new one
Scott Schlitte
Ed Blackburn
Ernie Sands
Mike Cox - Peninsula and France 1940?

But my astute Rebel mind tells me that equals... 1,2,3,4,5... (removes shoe) six games!

Plus we've got Dan, my fellow Floridian, coming in late for two games as well. (Must be South Floridian? ;-) )

Perhaps we need to start a second group?

The deal is not limited to 5 games, but that is the minimum order point. Here's the current details of the ordering process:

-----------------------------------------------

Ok, here's all the info you need to get going, and there is no expiration date on this.

First off - this can not be handled through the web site - you must interact with me to get this discount.

For a person placing an order for 5 or more games at once we give 40% discount from MSRP (being 49.95 US dollars for all of our games) So your cost would be $29.97 each, plus shipping for the total order.

Send the specifics of your order:

Name
Address
games ordered
payment information

As with the web site, payment would need to be made prior to shipment.

Credit card information:

This can be either e-mailed to me in an encrypted zip or Word file (suggested method), in two separate e-mail messages (do not send all your CC info at once!) or you can fax it to me at:

804-520-9616

Or mail it to:

HPS Simulations
C/O Rich Hamilton
PO Box 2837
Chester, VA 23831

If you choose the fax/mail option, go ahead and include all your order information there. All the info I need would be the card number, the expiration date and the full name on the card.

If you choose to mail your money in it will need to be in a money order or international money order.

Shipping charges are a flat fee for 5 games as follows - $9.50 domestic, $10.50 to Canada, and $15.50 overseas. If you order more than 5 a $2.50 charge is added per title.

Orders can be mixed and matched any way you wish. You can get 5 different games, or 5 of the same game. People can go in together on orders too, however it will need to be billed and shipped to only one person. You can break it up from there.

If you have any questions you can reach me at either my personal address - rich@hist-sdc.com or the HPS Support account - support@hpssims.com

Regards,

Rich

Well, Rich, that would make things much easier wouldn’t it!

That being the case, I will still be happy to be the whipping, I mean shipping, boy and place the order. If everyone posted here who would still like to join could please confirm by emailing me (please include your address so I can ship you them game when it arrives and which game(s) you would like to order) I will send Rich the order info as soon as I get the confirmations from the guys listed below.

Sean, if you want to join us on this one, please confirm as well and I’ll add a CP in for you, too.

How about we set a deadline of Saturday night for this order, after that we’ll have to start a second so as not to delay everyone who has already confirmed from getting their games while we wait on all the McClellan wanna be’s… ;-)

Thanks, ya’ll.

There is ONE more Penisula campaign game to order. Phil Prete wants a game, but I don't think he knows to post here, so I will email him now.

I'm now up to a total of ten games requested, which has me thinking we shouls split into two groups since the shipping cost on every game over 5 goes up, and since the idea is to save money, not spend more on shipping charges, I'm thinking two groups might be in everyones best interest. Not to mention me really annoying everyone in line at the Post Office while I create and pay for 9 different shipments!

So if someone else would be willing to take the second group, please email me and we'll split this up a little.

Here's who I have down so far:

Alan Lynn
Scot Schlitte
Ed Blackburn
Ernie Sands
Mike Cox (CP and France 1940)
Sean Turner
Phil Prete
Mike Laabs
Dan Kurkimilis

Nine people, ten games...

I figure we have until Sunday night to place an order since nothing can ship before Monday anyway even if they were able to fill it right away. If someone would like to corrdinate with me before then, please email me and add a post here so everyone else knows someone else has already volunteered...

I think the shipping is only about $0.60 more per title when you go over 5, so not a big deal, but the bigger deal is the geographic location of the various people. You want to group by that, as that's going to effect your shipping on the back-end...

Ok guys, I'm sending Rich the order for the 9 people listed below:

Alan Lynn
Scot Schlitte
Ed Blackburn
Ernie Sands
Mike Cox (CP and France 1940)
Sean Turner
Phil Prete
Mike Laabs
Dan Kurkimilis

Anyone else will have to catch the next train! :)

Just one thing: I need to get the zip file to encrypt before emailing it to Rich but can't for the life of me get it to work. Any tips? (The box is shaded and non-selectable when I click on properties on the zip file itself...)

Gentlemen,

Good news! The package has arrived! I can start shipping them tomorrow to all who have given me their address. If anyone involved in the order has not emailed me their address, please do so today if possible so I can ship everything at once in just one trip, plus you'll get it that much sooner.

Regards,
Alan
