Any work around for registering games? I haven't been able to register a game since this all started. Have been trying to have my opponents register them but I think they may be having problems as well. Heres what it does: The page to register a new game does not load MP slots past 9, so there is never a submit button. I keep getting this error:
Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
JRun Connector Protocol Error.

I took a screen shot Ernie I will email it to you. I have like 7 games going but only 3 registered.

Most people have had no problems entering or ending games.

You might try clearing your browsers cache.

If that doesn't work, email me the info on the games.

Hey Ernie,

I seem to be having the same problem as Mr. Smith. When I try and load the new game register page it doesn't load pass the MP 6 slot so there isn't the submit button. Haven't tried from my computer at work, so I'll give that a try. I'm using Netscape Navigator browser, but tried with I.E 7 but same thing.

I do not have a problem with either Netscape or IE to access the new game registration page.

I tried at work and had no problems with filing a new game, the whole page loaded. But my computer at home doesn't load the whole page, it only loads down to were you can enter a fifth person for a multi player game and not the whole ten. So I suppose it has something to do with either my anti virus or firewall and the way it's configured.

It is possible that some setting, maybe something to do with popups, that might interfere.

NEVER have had a problem registering games. Had no problem getting the Army End Game Reports. BUT still can get "MY GAMES" OR "INDIVIDUAL OFFICER GAMES" reports to come up. Don't try but every two weeks hoping they will work but no dice...have others been able to get "MY GAMES" report?...maybe it is my machine?

Anyway...not bugging...just asking. I guess I would have thought it would be sorted out after over a month.

Thanks Ernie...must be a real pain in the...[:)]

<br />Gen. Sands,

It would be an honor if you would let me host the DoR at my hosting site on a temporary basis until you can get things squared away at yours.

So what say you?

The DoR is the most important site of the club...it helps us perform our Reports and we cannot perform workarounds for month after month without feeling frustrated.

It is time to get this issue addressed so that we can use all the features of the Reports.

I also back the Temporary hosting of the DoR until we can get these issues addressed on the original site.

I am not a programmer and do not know a thing about 'Cold Fusion' and the like. But wouldn't it be simpler to have the records of lets say "games played" available as a simple .txt or .doc file?

So far I have been able to register games on the site but pulling any records gives me the 'delay error' that notso is talking about.
