Gentlemen,

October proved to be the quietest month, in terms of Cabinet activity, since I took office. It was so quiet, in fact, that it nearly put me to sleep and I am just now getting around to posting the report for the month [:)] !

Here is the report on Cabinet activity:

1) Approved one USA (M. Dean) General promotion.
2) Approved two CSA (D. Ray & M. Smith) General promotions.

November is nearly half over and promises to be just about as quiet as October was. Could it be the upcoming holidays, or is this just the lull before the storm? Stay near to the telegraph office to know for sure ...
