Gentlemen,

Recently, Major General Stefan Reuter, Commander, 2nd Division, XV Corps, Army of the Tennessee, informed me that he has become too ill to continue his duties with the AotT and with the Club. I have placed Stefan on Leave of Absence and I am holding his command open until his hoped for return to duty.

Stefan has been an active supporter of the ACWGC and, from what I've heard, and honorable opponent. I am certain that all of us will keep him in our thoughts and I hope that those who know Stefan will drop him a line in support.

Wishing you a speedy recovery Stefan! I havent had the pleasure of playing against Gen. Reuter but, like Dan, I have heard only positive things. We hope for your return soon.
