Post subject:  Which Army to join...???

I have purchased 1812 and had a quick look at it.

It appears to be very different to the Napoleonic games I am used to.

My question to you fine ppl is...which Army should I join. Being an Aussie, I dont really have any history with either side.!!

I have noticed memebers from the NWC in both sides.

Maj BW Smith
11th British Brigade
6th Infantry Division
II Corps
Allied Army

Pvt Smith! We would be Honored to have you in the American Army 1812 - Regulars.

We have a small brigade of 5 regiments of infantry and a regiment of dragoons. We are in need of a good artilleryman to command Cpt. Towson's battery of 6 pounders.

BTW, the infantry brigade you would be laying supporting fire for is BGen Winfield Scott's Brigade! "Regulars by God!"
