Gentlemen I am not sure whats wrong but no matter what the game (HPS) it seems I cannot get it to let me send a file I saved for e-mail nor play those sent to me so far. I have followed all that Rich Hamilton has sent to me so far and still no luck. I hate Windows 8.1 for sure now. I am trying to keep my cool and be patient as I do want to battle once again. I will continue to work on this and keep all updated. :x

Umm you should try re-installing the game and change the path to install in x86 folder in your c drive

Sir I have re installed the games several times and originally they went to the folder you listed Rich Hamilton at HPS had me change this and still no luck. Thanks.
