Hey all,
Just wanted to give an update on some of our happenings with recruitment & advertising for AGEOD gamers. We are doing even better at the end of the year than we were doing in the spring time and we accelerated things this spring too. We've got a couple new members in training for it, some of who have yet to be added into our recruitment totals for the year. We have had a number of inquires the past couple of months too. Not all have converted to membership, but some have, which is fine, as it gets us exposure either way and let's folks know we are there for when they wish to join.
I have been a bit more active posting in the running advertisement topic I have for us at AGEOD:
http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.p ... -Club-(CCC)
I also posted in the specific game forums, to advertise & send folks to this topic. It has garnered a bit more attention for us.
For all of this, the Club Staff is working on ways to further integrate the AGEOD presence into our Club and do things like develop ribbons for it, inclusion into tournaments and I hope to get some folks doing After Action Reports (AAR's) for us here too.
So a lot of positive movement and I hope to keep it up and keep getting folks involved from them. John Durkee has been most valuable for us, so I appreciate all his help!
He's been our go to guy and has helped me develop a plan for all of this over the last few years.
We continue to be committed to making AGEOD a part of our Club and we are in it for the long run with them! A great community & good people that has much of the same style as we do...
Anytime you all have questions, comments or input for us on this, just email me:
eric2900@aol.com or post here in the forums!
