ok, change of plan, my colleagues did not get the story right:

They would like, in fact, to play the 76.

We propose 15 minute turns.
MOEIV with NME. No night combat or movement during 1 hex visibility turns.

How does that sound? Sorry about the mix up.

This is my view and I know that my team will share the same, the possibly of mistakes happen with so many players and misunderstanding will increases with the rule MOEIV rule the game is short let's not add confusion to it.15min is find so is the night turn. Battle On?

Dear Clifton, Richard and Viktor,

Sorry, out of this. Too complicated to organize anything with some people.

Good luck with finding opponents.

The most handsome Spanish officer read the noted handed to him by the messenger. Madre Dios, he whispered, this is certainly a change in plans. "Stand down men! We will rest here for awhile longer." He looked about and thought this was not going to end well. He had lost more than a few wagers during the encampment that he had planned to repay with captured funds and trophies. Damn those Corsican led fools!!!!

Hopefully the orders to break camp will come sooner than later and I will be the first to leave ....

Well, that's kind of disappointing. Thank you for trying though, monsieur. I'm still up for a game on any rules other than 15 minute turns and it looks lie my teammates are as well. Can someone from the French side oblige us?

I could send an email to my fellow officers of III Corps if you would like, that is if your still looking, maybe there might be a couple of officers who are not busy whipping some Coalition upstarts in battle and are willing to show you both how Frenchmen fight.

Dear Captain Mark,

Sounds like a great idea to me! Thank you for your willingness to face death.

Cliff, Richard, what do you think about this?

Salute

I have 2 officers and hopefully a third will answer soon, they are both from III Corps and they are:

Lieutenant Antonio Zinno
Lieutenant Michel Paoli

Have asked them to suggest a scenario and have put forward the rule suggestions No MOEIV rule, 15 min turns and No night combat or movement during 1 hex visibility turns.

Hopefully you will have a game set up soon.

Unfortunately I don't have Leipzig so I am unable to take part in the game but if Christophe Sarazin wishes to take part and make up the third I'm sure my 2 comrades would be more than willing to welcome him to the team. If not I will continue my search.

Mark, you do yourself proud, and a good reflection on the Minions of the Menacing Munckin, that you do not want to leave a challenge dangling like a fleur de leis hanging from the chastity belt of Josephine ...

Salute my Friends

I believe your final opponent has stepped forward from the ranks of III Corps. Lieutenant David Billieres will join his comrades in this battle he has been given their email addresses and I'm sure they will organise something between them and come back to you all tomorrow with a suggestion on scenario and rules. Major Bradshaw, I will pass onto Lieutenant Billieres your email address and they can work through you to get something going.

I know these Lieutenants will certainly provide a good battle and I'm sure will show you how officers from III Corps fight. They have certainly done the Corps proud.
