Seeking an intelligent Allied officer/s wanting to play more historical based game with Twin Battles or a medium selection? can do 2-4 turns a week so looking for a good regular turn rate. The selection is as follows:

Waterloo QB & Ligny or Waterloo & Wavre

Austerlitz #T2 Mack at Nordlingen, or

Leipzig 004 Katzbach

Rules would be MOEIV with embedded melee AND two house rules:

1. No voluntary shooting through own troops (ie. skirmishers etc in your fire phase. Obviously during the AI Def Fire phase its taken as a given.

2. No over head artillery fire if own troops are visible to the firing battery and within two hexes of it or the target hex. This gives a two hex "safe zone" which still allows for the close support in a realistic manner.

These two house rules are a biggie for me as the method of firing through your own troops and artillery firing directly over the head from behind a friendly unit is not historical and is ridiculous in reality. It didn't happen as it was too dangerous. The two hex safe zone allows for this in a realistic manner.

Happy to limit hex stacking if that's also something you'd like to try. Open to suggestions and a couple or three games here.

Dear Mike!

I agree to play with you, the Scenario Waterloo QB&Ligny by the offered rules.

If I correctly understood
Firing through the parts is forbidden (battalions can't shoot if the shooters before them).

Request it is simpler to explain on artillery.

Prosh forgiveness for my English (wire transfer)

Yours faithfully.
