Hi Clifton, the problem with your house rule is that the French only have cavalry and horse artillery in this scenario - if you limit where they can go (at least in the sense of villages) -then basically you are saying that the French are not allowed in the village -and therefore are restricted to their side of the map. There are no French reinforcements in this scenario - so there are no infantry units (French ones that is) in this scenario. Steve |
